Facebook Creators and Small Businesses: I am building a multi-agent intelligence engine that automates creative strategy, using LLM workflows to help creators and small businesses prioritize high-signal content opportunities. I led the end-to-end personalization and quality frameworks to ensure all generated ideas are highly relevant and aligned with brand identity. I'm also spearheading hybrid an ML and LLM-powered recommendation engine that educate these cohorts on the ingredients that make content effective. Facebook Notifications: I led product strategy for Facebook's notification recommendation platform, ranking personalized notifications at global scale. I drove initiatives spanning content relevance, volume optimization, and quality, including a foundational rebuild that unified legacy delivery systems. I introduced new relevance frameworks beyond click optimization by incorporating downstream engagement and satisfaction signals, shaping how multiple product teams developed notifications across the ecosystem.

I joined Chamberlain as part of the Tend acquisition. I led product transformation to unlock a new connected video and subscription services business, for a legacy access-control business. I launched their first video-enabled garage door opener by leading a cross-functional team across software, firmware, hardware, and design. We built platform capabilities for live video, event storage, subscription management, and computer vision. I also led the strategy for the world's first widely recognized garage video keypad.

* Managed product strategy and full development cycle for all of Tend's consumer-facing products, which include camera hardware, mobile apps, web applications, and cloud-based features. We use machine-learning image recognition to build more intelligent WiFi and LTE cameras. Conducted user research through interviews, usability tests, and focus groups to provide different customer segments with a unique, application-specific experience - i.e. pet, baby, property, farm, and boat monitoring.
