Our AI Interview Agent conducts pre-screening interviews and provides evaluation summaries to help hiring managers assess candidate qualifications. The AI system:

- Records and transcribes interview responses
- Analyzes candidate responses for relevant qualifications and skills
- Generates evaluation summaries for hiring managers
- Assists in comparing candidates based on job-relevant criteria
2. Information Collected During AI Interviews
During AI-conducted interviews, we may collect and process the following information:
- Audio and video recordings of your interview
- Transcriptions of your interview responses
- Your responses to interview questions
- Technical assessments and evaluations

3. How Your Interview Data is Used
Your interview data is used solely for recruitment and hiring purposes:
