I work on AI products that help government agencies better serve their communities. I’m currently an AI Product Manager at Tyler Technologies, where I help lead the strategy and development of AI and machine learning capabilities used by public sector organizations across the country. My focus is less on the novelty of the technology and more on how it actually shows up for the people using it. A lot of my work sits in the space between teams. I partner closely with data scientists and engineers to shape what we build, and with stakeholders and end users to make sure it’s usable, understandable, and aligned with real-world constraints. In government, trust and clarity matter. I care about building AI systems that are responsible, practical, and designed with accountability from the start. My path to product has taken me through enterprise sales, solutions engineering, technical program management, and customer experience leadership. Each role gave me a different perspective on how technology is evaluated, implemented, and adopted. I like to think that broader view helps me make decisions that balance technical depth with long-term impact and adoption. I’m especially motivated by AI that improves access, increases efficiency without sacrificing fairness, and supports the public good.
