It delivers real-time PASS/FAIL results, annotated images, and detailed reports for quality assurance. * Django-Based Vision Web Platform: * A flexible web application that connects to any type of industrial or USB camera, performs position detection and alignment, supports AI model testing, and allows users to create virtual lines with read/write measurement tools. * I enjoy solving real-world industrial problems, integrating cameras and SDKs, and delivering reliable, production-ready solutions.

As a Computer Vision Engineer at RedBot Innovations, I worked on developing AI-driven vision inspection systems for industrial automation. My role involved building applications for color and shape detection, sealant continuity, and thickness checking using OpenCV and C#. I also achieved 99.5% OCR accuracy for vehicle identification number recognition using PaddleOCR and developed object detection models for bike part inspection with 95% accuracy using Detecto. Additionally, I integrated barcode and QR code reading, surface defect detection, and measurement modules, while also contributing to installation, testing, and on-site client support for machine vision systems.
