Pioneering the first Customer Success Manager role at Collide, a GenAI platform for the oil and gas industry. Onboard and train customers on Collide Enterprise, delivering tailored workflow solutions and validation best practices to maximize platform adoption and impact. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create customer journey maps, inform product roadmaps, and develop training programs and Knowledge Base content. Serve as the primary customer advocate, fostering executive relationships, understanding client workflows, and identifying opportunities for retention and expansion into new business units. Contribute to the stand-up of the Customer Success team, providing strategic insights and process improvements for an AI-native platform leveraging retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and advanced large language models (LLMs).

At GeoWise, I've shaped the company vision and developed our core offerings in geospatial marketing. I've led the creation and implementation of innovative geotargeted ad campaigns, geospatial analytics, and competitor analysis solutions, helping businesses improve their digital marketing strategies. I actively foster key partnerships, oversee the creation of spatial analytics reports, and cultivate a high-performing team with a focus on continuous learning and Agile practices. Our collective efforts have positioned GeoWise to offer valuable location-based insights that can lead to potential cost savings and increased efficiency for our clients.

For Chevron’s Connected Worker Team, I am delivering value by leading strategy, testing, and implementation of Real Time Location Services (RTLS) and Indoor Positioning Services (IPS) through the entire organization. In collaboration with Chevron Technology Ventures (CTV), I’m supporting global roll-out of advanced biometric wearable devices. In addition, I'm adding modern spatial positioning techniques to our existing IIOT and Digital Twin programs, leading discussions regarding intrinsic safety, and delivering multiple field solutions that support cost savings, time optimization, and carbon emission reduction. In 2022 alone, my solutions have created $1.47 MM in cost savings and a 36% reduction in frequent travel for upstream and downstream business units.
