* Architected and developed Rackspace’s Intelligent Document Processing accelerator offering. This project utilizes infrastructure best practices. Responsibilities also included assisting on pre-sales calls for prospective clients and providing internal training on the offering. * Built a mini Data Lake, provided training, and made the deployment user-friendly for a client that was unfamiliar with AWS. * Created an automated Amazon Athena query generator for a client’s challenging use case. * Created automated report generators through score computation and statistical testing in python, as well as templating with jinja2, HTML and CSS. * Developed a document processing POC on AWS. This project utilized Comprehend, Sagemaker, Step functions, API gateway to create microservices for processing and generating insights (document type and entities) on the client’s data. * Presented Azure Pipelines on behalf of Rackspace for Microsoft AI in a Day demo. * Developed chatbot POCs for a Quick Serve Restaurant and a senior living device using Amazon Lex. * Developed a predictive maintenance model on Sagemaker for a multi-billion dollar manufacturing company using their machine sensor data.

Data analytics: built reports and integrations utilizing a sentiment analysis algorithm to track a dimension of customer satisfaction that is not accounted for in NPS and CES scores - Led a team to develop end-to-end custom integrations in production for automating customer sentiment scoring in AWS - Technical writing - Worked with partners and end users to identify and resolve platform issues. This requires using a wide variety of knowledge, including that of major CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar, Netsuite), marketing strategies, email deliverability and data analytics best practices. Additionally, this utilizes my skills in facilitating good team work as we frequently require working with multiple teams to effectively reach a solution for our end users.
