* Leading the design and implementation of the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, with a focus on secure, scalable deployment of ML models to edge environments. * Architect and build scalable data ingestion, preprocessing, and dataset versioning pipelines for large-scale ML systems. * Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and Active Learning feedback systems to continuously improve model performance and data quality. * Develop robust CI/CD pipelines to automate model training, validation, conversion (ONNX/TFLite), quantization (PTQ/QAT), and packaging for production deployment. * Orchestrate reliable model versioning and Over-the-Air (OTA) deployment to edge devices. * Implement on-device telemetry and statistical monitoring to track inference quality, detect drift, and ensure performance in real-world environments. * Apply graph-level and operator-level optimizations to improve throughput and reduce latency on custom AI inference engines. * Enforce model security through cryptographic signing, model verification, and secure deployment practices. * Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, hardware, and security teams to ensure trusted and high-performance ML systems.
