* Working as a Software Engineer on data- and AI-driven systems, with a focus on chatbot analytics and large-scale data processing. My work involves building and scaling backend systems from scratch for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing high-volume conversational data, enabling business teams to derive insights through natural language queries. I contribute to RAG-based analytics, KPI and rule-based insight generation (trends, anomalies, success/failure signals), and query execution frameworks optimized for both real-time and deep analytical use cases. I also work on improving performance, reliability, and observability of data workflows, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

* As an Associate Data Engineer, my responsibilities included: * Assisting the data science team in performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to collect, clean, and organize data from various sources using tools such as PySpark, SQL, Pandas, and MongoDB. * Working with AWS to manage data storage and processing. * Collecting and organizing data to extract insights from various data sources. * Collaborating with the data science team to analyze data using PySpark and other tools to identify patterns and make predictions. * Implementing data cleaning techniques to ensure data quality and remove inconsistencies, improving the accuracy of analysis and insights.
