Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between NinjaHire Inc. and the Customer for the provision of NinjaHire services.
Definitions
- Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data
- Processor: The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
Scope and Purpose
NinjaHire will process personal data only in accordance with documented instructions from the Customer, unless required by applicable law.
Security Measures
NinjaHire implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:
- Encryption of personal data
- Ensuring ongoing confidentiality and integrity
- Regular testing and evaluation of security measures
